Service Description
All new potential home boarders have a trial overnight stay before longer bookings. We want to make sure our home is right for your dog and your dog fits in with our home.
Cancellation Policy
Trial stays are paid for and treated as a normal booking and are paid for in advance. Where ever possible I will only have your dog (and our resident dog, Pepper) staying for a trial stay so that I can maximise the time I spend with your dog to help 'settle' them into my home. I accept cancellations up to 24 hours before a booking, after this time I charge in full. This is because I limit the number of dogs I have at any time so am unable to fill the space. Thank you for your understanding.
